The topic will be ‘Requiem for a Riverboat – The Life and Death of the Riverboat Tuhua” and will be presented by local historian, Jim Parnell. Jim wrote an article on this vessel in our Friends Annual a few years back and in the process did an extensive investigation into the construction and operation of this vessel and its eventual demise.
